Server - Part-Time

We are seeking an enthusiastic Server to serve residents, family members, and visitors in a friendly, courteous manner at The Ivy Mountain View, a premier senior living community. Accurately and professionally take residents’ and guests’ food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS (point of sale) system. Set up and break down (bus) tables. Ensure compliance with proper serving techniques and etiquette (e.g., serve from left, clear used dishes between courses). Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards. Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co‑workers and other departments. Qualifications Experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid work permit. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong desire to work with the elderly and provide care for their needs. Possess written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families. Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
