The Fry Cook is required to prep, hand batter & fry sides, chicken entrees as part of their duties. He/she is responsible for preparing other products, which will involve cutting and lifting products in cases as well as assembling, measuring, portioning and restocking.The ideal Fry Cook candidate has a minimum of one year training and/or experience in the art and is responsible to:Prepare all products to Fuddruckers specifications, following freshness standards, temperatures and hold times as directed by company, local, state and federal guidelinesKeep open communication with other Cooks and the Expeditor to meet Guest needsMonitor ticket times to ensure Guests receive their order in accordance to Fuddruckers ticket time standardsPractice, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures according to policy and health/sanitation regulationsManage and maintain a safe working conditionMaintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products are consistent with quality standardsProfessional appearance required (see uniform standards)Problem solver that has the ability to adapt and overcomeAbility to multitaskMust be a team player with a high since of urgencyAbility to cross train in other areas as neededFollow all Fry Cook – Job Responsibilities as listedOther tasks deemed necessary by managementActivities include, but are not limited to, walking or standing for 6 to 8 hours at a time, reaching, stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, talking, and sittingDuties involve the coordination of manual and visual dexterityRequirements:Candidate must be able to pass a background check to gain access to military installationsCandidate must have reliable transportationFuddruckers is a restaurant aimed at creating the world's best hamburgers.
