Supply Chain Supervisor

The Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating all site-level supply chain activities at the Endicott manufacturing facility. This role oversees production planning, purchasing, inventory management, material flow, logistics coordination, and customer order fulfillment to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations and on-time customer delivery. The Supply Chain Supervisor serves as the primary link between Operations, Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, and Suppliers, ensuring materials, resources, and production schedules are aligned with customer demand and business objectives. The role leads a team of planners, buyers, inventory personnel, and related supply chain professionals while driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, supplier performance, service levels, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience Requirements

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing supply chain, planning, purchasing, or materials management.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience working within ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong understanding of production planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

Preferred

• Experience in electrical components, connectors, cable assemblies, industrial manufacturing, or related industries.
• APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.
• Experience supporting high-mix, low-to-medium volume manufacturing environments.
