We specialize in employing Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Patient Support Associates.

Guardian Angel Staffing is taking applications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Full Time & Part Time employment opportunities in a Long Term Care Facilities in the Radcliff, Kentucky area. This is not a travel assignment! Part time requires a minimum of two days per week. Candidate must have a strong work history with minimal gaps in their employment. These are floor positions in a Long Term Care settings, therefore previous experience in a Long Term Care Facility is desired.

Pay rate: $43/HR during the week and $44/HR on the weekends. Available shifts:

1st shift: 6:30am-3pm: 2 full time & 2 part time
2nd shift: 2:30pm-11pm: 2 full time & 2 part time
3rd shift: 10:30pm-7am: 2 part time

Full time staff must be able to work flexible shifts to meet facility needs. Rotating weekends required!

Qualifications:

Copy of your Nursing Diploma & current Nurse CEUs
License in Good Standing on Kentucky Board of Nursing with no disciplinary action on file
Pass Fingerprint & AOC Criminal Background Check & Drug Test
Current CPR
Current PPD/Chest x-ray
Comply with Covid-19 Policy and Procedures
