Client Partner, Enterprise Sales

As a Client Partner, Enterprise Sales, you will create tailored sales strategies to meet the unique goals of each Enterprise client within your portfolio and accelerate with cross‑functional partner execution. You will curate long‑term relationships with key decision makers and influencers—including C‑level executives and others throughout various lines of business—generate and close new sales opportunities, and lead a differentiated experience that T‑Mobile clients will want to continue. You will position T‑Mobile product capabilities to help clients enable their business goals, manage complex contract negotiations, close large high‑value deals, and maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress and forecasts for leadership. Job Responsibilities Sales strategy development: create tailored sales strategies to meet the unique goals of each Enterprise client and accelerate with cross‑functional partner execution. Account growth & expansion: cultivate long‑term relationships with key decision makers and influencers; generate and close new sales opportunities within the assigned account base, including existing and new clients. Client satisfaction: lead a world‑class, differentiated experience that encourages client growth. Product capabilities consultation: position T‑Mobile product capabilities to align with and help clients enable their business goals. Negotiation and closing: manage complex contract negotiations and close large high‑value deals with enterprise clients. Sales reporting & forecasting: maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership. Education and Work Experience High School Diploma or GED (Required) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Required) 5+ years of experience selling into Enterprise clients (3,000+ employees) 7 years of business sales experience with a track record of acquisition sales, opportunity creation and closure within an enterprise customer base 5 years of that experience must be in technology, software, or telecom strategic solution sales Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Enterprise Sales: deep understanding of technology and business strategies to tailor solutions at an Enterprise level (Required) Strategic Account Planning: demonstrated contribution in account planning and execution (Required) Account Management: effective management of account relationships, financial outcomes, and sales programs (Required) Customer Relationship Management (CRM): builds and maintains long‑term relationships and identifies new sales opportunities (Required) Prospecting: assess potential customers to determine fit, prioritize leads, and engage prospects (Required) Business Development: identify and create new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships (Required) Negotiation: confidently handle sales negotiations with prospects and existing clients (Required) Communication: effectively communicate with client leaders at all levels and adapt style (Required) Relationship building: strong networking skills and track record of success (Required) Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel and DOT Regulation Travel required: Yes DOT regulated position: No Safety sensitive position: No Pay Total target cash pay range: $169,500 - $305,800 inclusive of target incentives. Base pay range: $101,700 - $183,480. The actual starting pay will vary within this range based on location and experience.
