Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care - Travel

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
Monitor patient's vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Document patient care activities and observations accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care

Requirements of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care - Travel

Valid LPN/LVN license
Experience in long term care is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
