New York, NY: 275,000 to $325,000 In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications. Job Requirements We are seeking a versatile real estate associate to join our team, with at least 4-6 years of direct experience in commercial real estate transactions, ideally with a background in cooperative and condominium development. Key responsibilities include managing complex financings, handling purchases and sales, and negotiating leasing matters. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the regulatory framework governing condominiums and cooperatives in New York, including offering plan preparation, sponsor submissions, and filings with the New York State Attorney General's Office. This role also requires expertise in drafting and negotiating a wide range of real estate contracts. Additionally, proficiency in conducting due diligence, coordinating with title companies, and managing all phases of the real estate closing process is essential.
