Job Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in Holliston Massachusetts. This role emphasizes on overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, and analysis functions within the company. The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be an integral part of our team, helping to drive financial transparency and cost efficiency. Responsibilities Develop and implement financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and understanding key business drivers. Analyze financial data and create financial strategies for decision support. Conduct benchmarking and process analysis for continuous improvement in financial forecasting. Utilize 'Adaptive Insights' for financial planning and analysis. Manage the 'Annual Budget' and 'Budget Processes' to ensure financial discipline and efficiency. Lead financial review meetings with various business groups. Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances. Oversee and manage the continued development of 'Accounting Functions'. Guide the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against goals for the organization. Utilize '3M' and 'Financial Analytics' tools to provide insightful analysis of business performance. Qualifications Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field. Proficiency in using Adaptive Insights. Strong understanding of accounting functions and financial analytics. Experience in annual budgeting and budget processes. Knowledge of Adaptive Planning is necessary. Well-versed in financial analysis. Experience in employee performance management is desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. High level of honesty and integrity. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required. Advanced degree such as an MBA Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
