This part-time position involves working both outside on the refreshment cart as well as inside the snack bar. Snack bar shifts include bartending, serving, and cooking. Candidate must be comfortable and willing to work with a fryer, grill, and flattop. Refreshment cart experience is preferred but not required.

Key responsibilities include ensuring guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner, preparing and serving food and beverage items, maintaining organized and clean work area, controlling inventory through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food beverage products, receiving deliveries of product from vendors and ensuring proper storage, reporting to department manager when supplies need to be ordered, stocking and inventories products, responding to customer questions regarding the general information of facility, supplying support to food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure excellent service to members and guests, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management, communicating guest concerns or comments immediately to the Director, Food and Beverage and Chef, reviewing schedule for changes, calendar of events and facility activities on a daily basis, accountable for cash and check transactions, incorporating safe work practices in job performance, and performing other duties as required.

Minimum qualifications include no experience necessary but will train, must be able to meet age requirement for serving alcohol and has obtained Certified Food Handler's Card. Other qualifications include regular and reliable attendance and experience using Point of Sales (POS) systems.
