Location: Coos Bay, Oregon (Onsite) Work Type: Permanent Positions: 1 Hours: 3640 Hours per Week

The Registered Nurse (RN) IMCU is responsible for providing care to patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring and treatment, bridging the gap between ICU and Med Surg. This role involves managing patients with complex conditions, continuous monitoring, and delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of RN experience in IMCU / Step-Down / Telemetry
• Active Oregon RN License (Required prior to start)
• BLS Certification (AHA Required)
• ACLS Certification (Required)
• Strong experience in patient monitoring and acute care

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in step-down or progressive care units
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Work Environment

Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) / Step-Down Unit Onsite role in Coos Bay, OR Fast-paced, patient-focused clinical environment

Additional Requirements

• Must be flexible with varied shifts (Day / Evening / Night)
• Ability to manage multiple patients with varying acuity
• Must comply with all hospital and regulatory standards
