Job Type: Full-Time Job Location: Salina / Manhattan Territory Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM $70,000-$80,000+ first-year earnings | Base salary plus uncapped commission | Paid training Access Systems is hiring a Sales Representative to grow our Salina and Manhattan market. You will manage a local business territory, work directly with owners and decision-makers, and build customer relationships that continue after the sale. Compensation and Training Base salary based on experience Uncapped commission and additional performance bonuses Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$80,000+ when meeting sales goals Top performers earn $150,000+ annually You will earn your full base salary throughout our training program. A college degree is preferred but not required. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
