Colonial Properties is seeking a Property Care Technician to help maintain the quality, appearance, and day-to-day readiness of our properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and property care tasks to support cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation.

• Complete assigned work orders, inspections, and corrective actions in a timely manner.

• Assist with minor repairs and upkeep activities, including addressing general maintenance issues.

• Monitor property conditions and flag concerns to the appropriate team for follow-up.

• Maintain tools and equipment properly and support a safe work environment while working onsite.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to perform hands-on work and complete tasks in outdoor and indoor property environments.

• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for routine maintenance needs.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality property care.

• Reliable attendance and the ability to manage assigned work efficiently.

• Familiarity with safe work practices and safe handling of basic maintenance materials and equipment.

• Able to pass background and DMV check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in property maintenance, facilities, or residential/commercial maintenance.

• Knowledge of common upkeep tasks and minor repair processes.

• Experience working with work order workflows and completing assignments with minimal supervision.

• Comfortable communicating updates and concerns to supervisors or property teams.

Compensation

Hourly rate: Starting at $16.50
