Watson Assisted Living is seeking a Part Time Dietary Aide to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with seniors, takes pride in providing excellent service, and wants to be part of a team that helps create a positive dining experience for our residents every day.

As a Dietary Aide, you will play an important role in supporting meal service, maintaining cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas, and helping ensure residents receive meals in a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment.

Weekend rotation and holidays are required.

• Assist with meal preparation and tray service

• Serve meals and snacks to residents in a courteous and professional manner

• Set up and clear tables in the dining room

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans

• Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and food service areas

• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

• Stock supplies and assist with kitchen organization

• Work collaboratively with the dietary team and other departments

• Help create a pleasant dining experience for residents

• Prior food service or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Must be able to follow sanitation and safety standards

• Must have a positive attitude and enjoy working with the senior population
