Objective:

• Ensuring the availability of all production lines, infrastructure elements including building services and energy supply.

Qualification:

• Engineering or industrial engineering graduate
• Preferable specialization in machinery manufacturing or process technology

Knowledge:

• Mechanical engineering; plastics processing

Main Tasks:

• Sustaining plant availability in the 3-shift system in keeping with technical and economic aspects
• Safeguarding the energy supply as well as planning and purchasing/procurement if there is any expansion
• Working out optimization measures on production plants
• Responsible person for the purchasing / procurement and storage of the magazine items
• Construction site management of expansion projects with handling of the authorities
• Handling and monitoring of projects with external companies
• Responsible for plant protection
• Responsible for technical fire protection systems
• Responsible for plant cleaning and outdoor areas
• Generation of plant standards with regard to plant components and brands
• Personnel management, personnel planning and development
• Budget planning and responsibility for costs
• Investment planning
• Enforcement of compliance with the quality management system and the quality requirements
• Sustained continuous improvement process actions and process and product optimization
• Ensuring continuous improvement in tidiness and cleanliness
• Ensuring compliance with all the accident prevention and health protection measures
• Operations suggestion system
• Ensuring and supporting professional education
• Reporting to the plant management
• Promotion of the readiness of the employees to work independently in the framework of the delegated authority for achieving optimum performance
• Ensuring that the “correct staff is occupying the correct position” as well as a purposeful personnel search for potential candidates
