BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Las Cruces, NM 88001 . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional community, and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks with professionalism.
Position Details- Role: Apartment Maintenance Technician
- Location: Las Cruces, NM 88001
- Pay: $22.00/hr
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Start Date: ASAP
- Opportunity Type: Contract-to-Hire
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally.
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including:
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Appliance diagnostics and repair
- Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep
- Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation.
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities.
- Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
