Registered Nurse (RN) Manager Opportunity Lead and shape the daily operations of a dynamic inpatient unit, overseeing the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with psychiatric and substance use disorders. In this role you’ll drive the implementation and continuous evaluation of nursing practices across all hospital units—ensuring exceptional outcomes, fostering a collaborative team environment, and making a meaningful impact on patient recovery every day. The schedule for this role is either Monday - Thursday, 12 p - 9 p, or Friday - Sunday, 9 a - 9 p.
