P1dB Phase Noise EVM ACPR Harmonics and Spurious emissions Perform CW, pulsed, modulated and timing validation where applicable. Execute validation across voltage, temperature, and process corners. Drive silicon bring‑up and perform deep root‑cause analysis of performance deviations. Develop automation frameworks using Python (PyVISA, SCPI) for scalable validation. Support production, test handover and characterization correlation. Generate comprehensive validation reports and data summaries. Requirements A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical engineering. 0‑2 years of experience in RF Bench Validation and Characterization. Strong understanding of RF fundamentals: impedance matching, stability Analysis, noise mechanisms, and linearity concepts. Hands‑on experience with VNAs, spectrum/signal analysers, RF signal generators, power meters, and noise figure setups. Understanding of lab instruments like power supplies, DMMs, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, PNAx, etc. Preferred Exposure to automation‑driven validation and large‑scale characterization matrices.
