Position SummaryThe Certified Medical Coder reviews clinical documentation and assigns medical codes in accordance with established guidelines, documentation standards, and organizational procedures. This individual contributor role supports compliant billing, accurate revenue cycle outcomes, and timely resolution of documentation issues through appropriate escalation.
