Work you'll do As a Delivery Management Engineer II on the Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for: Define product vision, target users, and value proposition for delivery efforts supporting implementation teams, client administrators, and end usersBuild and maintain a roadmap that balances client needs, delivery efficiency, technical health, and commercial prioritiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage backlog and sprint execution, and support prioritization and release planning across concurrent programsMonitor sprint progress, report team metrics, and drive process improvements to support quality and release readinessCollaborate with Release Train Engineers, Solution Architects, engineering leads, and implementation leads to promote alignment across teams A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to others The team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degreeActive Secret Clearance2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar agile delivery role2+ years of experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for one or more development teams2+ years of experience managing product backlog, sprint execution, and release planningAbility to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred: Experience working with Palantir Foundry or other data platformsExperience in software development, business analytics, or other technical rolesSAFe certification such as SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe AgilistAdvanced agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster, Release Train Engineer, or similarExperience using agile metrics tracking tools such as Jira, Rally, or VersionOne For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,700 to $162,800. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
