Job Description
We are looking for a sales professional to support our growing customer needs through stock plan support, excellent customer service, and new product marketing.
In sales, there are two major archetypes: "hunters" and "farmers." Hunters are sales representatives who build their own customer base and Farmers are sales representatives who grow an existing customer base. This role is for a Farmer archetype.
The successful candidate will need:
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communications skills
- HVAC experience OR mechanical aptitude to learn about the products
- Eligibility to drive a company vehicle
- Ability to lift products weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a dynamic, small business environment
This is an on-site role based in West Fort Worth (8851 West Freeway, Fort Worth, TX 76116).
