Shift Details: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM, 3 shifts per week, scheduled hours 36.

Job Order Details: Start date 08/17/2026, end date 11/16/2026, duration 13 weeks.

Unit Information: ICU at HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge, located at 9191 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229, floors 1 & 2 with 2 pods. Pod A has 12 beds and Pod B has 16 beds, totaling 28 beds. There are 42 staff members, with a patient ratio typically 1:2, can be 1:1 or 1:3 depending on acuity.

Type of equipment: Pyxis, Plum Pump IVs, GE bedside monitors, Nelcor, Artic Sun, Sub Zero EMR - Meditech.

Typical procedures performed: Neuro surgical, trauma (level III, going to level II this year), cardiac arrest, resp arrest, ETOH/Drug WD, all vented patients come to the ICU at our facility.

Additional information: Variety of nursing staff in terms of years of experience, some have been here 20+ years. We just opened our new 12 bed ICU expansion to allow us to care for 28 ICU patients. Will undergo level II trauma survey this year. Our intensivists are 24/7 and are the best doctors I have worked with in my 18 year of nursing. They are patient, willing to teach and respectful of our staff. The ICU staff are welcoming and appreciative of our travelers. HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge average census ranges from 100-125.
