Summary Guide and inspire customers shopping for fine jewelry by providing gracious service, product knowledge, and styling support. Build lasting client relationships in store and online while delivering a welcoming and engaging customer experience. Responsibilities Create seamless, enjoyable in-store and online shopping experiences and cultivate customer relationships. Drive sales by understanding customer needs and using technology effectively. Participate in merchandising and operational tasks. Maintain secure cases and merchandise and follow asset protection standards. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years of related experience. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use technology and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
