Leasing Agent: Ramsgate ApartmentsPosition: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Hourly Rate: Starting at $19.00 per hourHighland Management Group, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time leasing agent to be a part of our team at Ramsgate Apartments in Hopkins. Ramsgate Apartments is a 360-unit property. Living on-site is not a requirement for this position but employees who do choose to live on-site will receive a higher rent discount!Duties & Responsibilities:Market and lease apartment units to achieve occupancy goals.Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of the local, state, and federal laws governing tenant/landlord relations, Fair Housing Law, and marketing product knowledge.Greet all prospects/residents with professional courtesy and respect.Maintain professional communications with residents, residents' guests, applicants, and representatives of other companies with whom we do business.Follow-up with all prospects and document all phone and written correspondence.Process the rental applications and utilize HMGI screening procedures.Benefits:Health InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Employee Rental DiscountEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Free use of amenity spaces at any Highland property!
