Compensation includes commuter benefits. As a Member Experience Associate, you are the heart of the member experience, creating great days for all who enter your office. Responsibilities You are the first face people see while preparing the office for the day: brewing coffee, setting out breakfast, and stocking shared amenities. You take ownership over managing inventory and ordering your location’s supplies. You build events and design unique signage to create memorable experiences. You add new members into multiple systems so their first day is seamless. You assist members with IT or wifi issues when they arise. You participate in local marketing events to showcase our solutions. You conduct tours while your Manager assists other potential members. You create order out of chaos and plan ahead. You are resilient and adapted to routine and unexpected bumps. You are willing to get your hands dirty and understand that behind‑the‑scenes work is essential. You constantly look to improve and make things more efficient. Requirements Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods. Operate machines and appliances such as printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, and kitchen utensils. Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, maintaining health and safety regulations. Ensure work areas remain sanitary and safety protocols are followed. Compensation & Perks The hourly compensation starts at $21.60 . Actual base compensation will be based on experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications. Fixed hours. Commuter stipend of $150 per quarter. Travel stipend $150 per year after 90 days. End‑of‑Year Bonus of $1500. Sick pay as required by law. Benefits bundle through Sequoia.
