This role builds lasting customer relationships and supports individual and team sales goals. Responsibilities Deliver personalized customer service, styling recommendations, and detailed product knowledge. Grow personal business through wardrobing, outreach, digital tools, and clienteling. Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team results. Coach Brand Ambassadors, maintain visual standards, and contribute to a positive team environment. Capture customer information using CRM tools and participate in store initiatives and community outreach. Requirements Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships. Ability to use digital selling tools, operate a register, and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
