Responsibilities Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment. Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, building lasting relationships and tailoring product and service recommendations. Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust. Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to consult with clients about banking solutions. Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. Required Qualifications 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with a proven record of establishing new clients and delivering results. Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the client experience. Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with a proven ability to tailor features and benefits to clients with differing needs. Ability to resolve client issues quickly and effectively with attention to detail, providing a consistent client experience. Operate within established risk parameters and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training. High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. Completion of the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses. Unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire. Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings. Preferred Qualifications College degree or military equivalent. Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Regulatory Requirements: This position requires compliance with the Dodd‑Frank Act, Truth in Lending Act, and SAFE Act.
