Hold a Master’s degree or above in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Medicine or other closely related disciplines; PhD holders are highly preferred.
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of formal university-level teaching experience in nursing-related curricula, with on-campus classroom teaching experience prioritized.
Demonstrated robust capabilities in classroom administration and order management.
Candidates with excellent communication proficiency and an interactive, engaging pedagogical approach will be given priority consideration.
Doctoral degree holders are strongly preferred.
Preference will be extended to applicants who can identify the learning traits of students from diverse cultural backgrounds and dynamically adapt teaching methodologies accordingly.
