We are seeking a to join our team! You will perform a variety of light cleaning and organizing duties.
Responsibilities:- General building cleaning
- Vaccuum hallways, elevators, laundry rooms, stairwells, glass doors
- Empty trash from main trash area to outside dumptures
- pick up small debris outside around buildings
- Move reasonably small furniture as necessary
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, or other related fields
- Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- must have reliable transportation
- Must have a working cell phone at all times
- NO under the table
Monday thru Friday, 20-30 hours per week. various locations
Cannot be allergic to latex or have any respiratory conditions.
