Talented Service Concierge / Valet & Advisor
This role combines motorcycle pickup & delivery, service drive support, and coordination between Parts and Service. You are the first impression and a key link in keeping our shop efficient and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motorcycle pickup & delivery
- Safely load, transport, and handle motorcycles
- Greet riders and assist with service check-in/out
- Support the Service Manager with repair orders and customer updates
- Coordinate communication between customers and technicians
- Work closely with Parts to ensure timely ordering and staging of service-related parts
- Help maintain an organized, professional service drive
Essential Requirements:
- Valid motorcycle endorsement (required)
- Clean driving record
- Confident handling motorcycles of all sizes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, team-first attitude
Additional Information:
- Dealership experience is a plus.
- Enjoy paid training
