• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies while maintaining accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning, case management, ensuring seamless transitions of care.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices across multiple specialties including critical care, emergency medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, internal medicine, and long-term care environments.
• Familiarity with advanced clinical procedures such as tube feeding management,
• Excellent caregiver communication skills to educate patients and families about treatment plans while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
