Night Auditor

Growing oil & gas company is hiring an Entry-Level Operations Monitoring Technician to support overnight drilling and field operations from the company’s Wichita office. You’ll monitor real-time operational data, dashboards, equipment readings and alerts; identify unusual trends or issues; document activity; communicate with field teams; and prepare shift handoffs for daytime operations. This is a strong entry point for someone with a technical degree who enjoys data, problem-solving and learning how complex operations work. What You’ll Do Monitor drilling, production and operational systems overnight Review data, alerts, trends and equipment readings Identify abnormalities and elevate issues appropriately Maintain accurate shift logs and handoff reports Communicate with field personnel and support troubleshooting Track well activity, downtime and operational metrics Learn drilling operations, systems and terminology Support operational reporting and analysis What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Geology, Engineering, Data Analytics or related technical field Strong numerical and analytical skills High attention to detail Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards and computer systems Able to stay focused and responsive during a 12-hour overnight shift Strong communication and problem-solving skills Oil & gas or industrial experience is helpful, not required Growth: Opportunity to advance into an Operations Technician role with increased responsibility for operational analysis, troubleshooting, field coordination and process improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
