Responsibilities Partner with clients to define project scope and commissioning requirements. Develop commissioning specifications and review system designs and submittals. Create commissioning plans, including functional performance test scripts. Lead commissioning meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders. Verify system installation and performance, and track issues through resolution. Document all commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of experience in commissioning, building design and construction, or facilities management with a focus on HVAC and controls. Commissioning certification or ability to obtain within six months. Strong understanding of building systems, control theory, and building automation systems. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and with teams. Willingness to travel up to 25%.
