What You’ll Do Provide leadership and mentorship to students and staff Lead Bible studies, prayer, and discipleship Help maintain structure, accountability, and program standards Serve as a spiritual leader and example on campus Assist with conflict resolution and student development Support coordinators in daily operations Full-time leadership role Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends Active participation in all campus functions and events Why This Role Matters You help set the tone… and shape the future of the program.
