Global Change Managers serve as program or project managers on high priority initiatives within the Global Banking & Markets Division. You will work alongside front to back teams to ensure solutions are designed and implemented across the portfolio. You will leverage your technical expertise and project management skills to influence and drive working groups to deliver these complex projects on time, within budget and with high quality.HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIALLead complex and strategic cross divisional initiatives in partnership with front-to-back business teams including product, design, engineering and operations teamsRecognize, report, and escalate project risks to senior partners; oversee remediation of risks raisedProvide transparency and progress of projects, issues, timelines, and budgets by running governance forums with senior GBM leadershipIdentify and remove impediments at program level, leveraging stakeholders, sponsorship, and other relationships to do soWork with product owners to build the strategic vision and forward-looking roadmap and refine the backlog of demand, while balancing competing prioritiesDefine quality assurance and testing approaches, provide coaching to the team on testing best practices and develop migration strategies for post testingSKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FORBachelor's Degree7+ years relevant experience, in a business analysis / project / program management function; must have Finance Industry experience.Strong project management skills; Manages front to back lifecycle of a project including scoping, defining a plan and deliverables, risk and issue management, status reportingA proven track record of scoping and driving delivery of projects.
