ServiceNow Developer Sr Associate

Salary: $100,000 - 135,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• We require at least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• We require current ServiceNow certifications, including CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer).
• We need proven experience converting stakeholder needs into technical solutions and practical workflows.
• We need experience eliciting business requirements and balancing competing priorities.
• We require a solid grasp of Agile delivery practices.
• We need hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development.
• We require experience with Flow Designer, Automation Engine, and platform automation features.
• We need experience designing and supporting integrations through REST and SOAP APIs.
• We require strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• We need excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• We require the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• We need experience working across geographically distributed teams.
• Up to 5% travel may be required.
• Preferred: experience with HRSD, ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, or GRC.
• Preferred: familiarity with NowCreate and ServiceNow implementation best practices.
• Preferred: experience as a Product Owner or Solution Consultant.
• Preferred: knowledge of Virtual Agent, Now Assist/Otto, and Performance Analytics.
• Preferred: exposure to Generative AI, predictive analytics, and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Preferred: experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Preferred: experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft technologies, and other enterprise systems.
