ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in May 2022 and currently lead a team of three. My State Farm journey began in 2017 as a team member, giving me firsthand experience with the opportunities for growth and development within an agency. Outside of work, I’m married with two daughters and an avid golfer. I’m very involved with my church and enjoy staying connected to the community through kids’ sports and other local activities. Building relationships and supporting the people around us is an important part of both our agency and our team. We place a strong emphasis on work-life balance and pay licensing costs up front to help team members get started. I’m also extremely passionate about investing in my team and helping each person work toward both their professional goals and the personal goals that matter to them. I’m proud of the culture we’ve built and want to continue growing it with the right people. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
