Retail Sales Consultant Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 to $19.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift ( Monday through Saturday )
- Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Assist customers with flooring selection, design ideas, product information, and pricing
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Coordinate multiple customer projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Develop project timelines and maintain organized records
- Utilize technology and standard office applications to support daily operations. • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
- Solve challenges and provide practical solutions to meet customer needs
- Participate in comprehensive sales training to become a Certified Flooring and Design Expert
Retail Sales Consultant Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and sales aptitude. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to logically analyze situations and resolve practical problems
- Proficiency with technology and common office software applications
- Self-motivated, career-focused, and eager to learn
- Retail sales, project coordination, or related experience preferred
- Education or experience related to business, sales, design, or customer service is a plus
