Legal Intern - Civil Rights Intake & Complaints

NYS Division of Human Rights is looking for a Legal Intern for a Summer Internship program running from September 2026 to December 2026. The role involves assisting the Intake unit with cases of alleged discrimination, ensuring clear complaints are drafted for review, and conducting timely follow-ups with complainants. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in law school, has strong research and writing skills, and is committed to public service and social justice.
