Hourly Pay Rate: $60.30

What You'll Do

• Provide professional nursing care in the operating room, including surgical, C-section, PACU, and endoscopy procedures
• Assist with patient preparation and post-operative care
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
• Adapt quickly to various departmental needs as assigned, including float responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
• Be part of emergency response when required, including staying on-site during emergency events
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic electronic health records

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or ability to obtain
• Minimum of 1 year of OR experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Strong clinical skills in surgical nursing and patient care
• Ability to work in a rural hospital setting, adapt to diverse cases
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties and emergency response
