Job Title: School Psychologist Location: Manchester, TN Assignment Dates: July 31, 2026 - May 26, 2027 Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week Position Type: Full-Time Work Setting: Onsite / Itinerant Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and adaptable School Psychologist to serve an itinerant role across a county-wide district in Manchester, TN. This full-time position will support multiple school sites, working collaboratively with another psychologist to deliver comprehensive psychological services. The role begins July 31, 2026, and runs through May 26, 2027. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations for students across assigned schools Support special education teams in determining eligibility and appropriate services Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized planning and goal development Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student outcomes Provide consultation on behavioral, academic, and social-emotional interventions Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district requirements Position Details: Caseload: Approximately 290-300 students with IEPs (shared across two psychologists) Coverage: 4 school sites across the county Structure: Itinerant position working collaboratively with another school psychologist Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday Qualifications: Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology (Ed.S. or equivalent) Valid Tennessee School Psychologist licensure/certification or eligibility Previous school-based experience preferred Strong assessment, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to manage time effectively across multiple sites
