Our facilities function as Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) that offer:

• Long-term care for residents needing ongoing skilled support and compassionate daily assistance

As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN will provide exceptional nursing care to patients through direct interaction and will deliver services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in the patient's condition. You will also be responsible for providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Current licensure/registration in the applicable state. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation. Certification must remain current throughout employment.

• Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
• Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment
• Communicate effectively and collaborate productively within an interdisciplinary team
