Senior Clinical Research Associate - Psychiatry/Alzheimer's (East Coast)

Senior Clinical Research Associate position supporting psychiatry and Alzheimer's trials across East Coast sites. Manages clinical trial execution from site qualification through closeout, ensuring protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and data quality while traveling regionally 8-10 days monthly.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site selection visits, initiation visits, interim monitoring, and closeout visits
- Train site personnel on protocol requirements, data collection, and safety reporting
- Monitor site performance and ensure ongoing protocol compliance and data quality
- Coordinate study startup activities including regulatory documentation and contracts
- Partner with sites and sponsors to ensure participant safety and study success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or nursing degree required
- 5+ years experience as regional/traveling Clinical Research Associate
- Demonstrated experience monitoring psychiatry or Alzheimer's clinical trials
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
- Full-service monitoring experience preferred
- Ability to travel 8-10 days monthly within East Coast territory
Compensation: $97,000.00 - $193,000.00
