Compensation: $230,000 - $260,000 Base + 30 - 40% Bonus

This is a career-defining opportunity to help deliver one of the largest active AI infrastructure programs in North America.

As Director of Construction , you'll lead a team of Construction Managers responsible for delivering a 1.5GW+ data center campus , overseeing projects from preconstruction through commissioning and customer handover.

You'll drive execution across some of the industry's most complex and high-profile developments, partnering with executive leadership, major contractors, design teams, commissioning partners, and customers to ensure successful delivery.

Beyond project execution, you'll help shape construction strategy, build high-performing teams, establish best practices, and influence how one of the industry's fastest-growing digital infrastructure platforms scales over the coming years.

⚡ What You'll Bring

✅ 10+ years of large-scale construction experience

✅ Data center, mission-critical, hyperscale, or complex infrastructure project delivery experience

✅ Experience leading teams and managing multiple concurrent projects

✅ Strong commercial, contracting, and stakeholder management skills

✅ Proven track record delivering projects from groundbreaking through commissioning

✅ Deep relationships across the construction, design, and contractor ecosystem

✅ Ability to lead large-scale programs valued at hundreds of millions of dollars
