We’re seeking a dependable, detail-focused Dishwasher to support our kitchen team by maintaining a clean and safe workspace. As a dishwasher, you'll be essential to our daily operations—cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and efficiently to keep the flow of service moving. Responsibilities include:

• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and food prep tools quickly and thoroughly
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment according to procedures
• Keep dish area, sinks, floors, and trash areas clean and organized
• Assist with putting away deliveries and organizing dry storage
• Support other team members with basic cleaning and prep tasks as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean work environment
• Assist with closing and deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled
• Assist Pitmaster in any BOH duties that may come up

Job Requirements:

• No experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness, detail, and safety
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for 6–8 hours
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
