Candidates shall have proven experience collaborating with others, written and oral communication skills, keeping buildings and equipment operating. Experience must include optimizing daily custodial and some maintenance efficiencies, preventive maintenance/custodial practices, and maintaining a safe and healthy facility. Maintenance practices, as well as repairs should be expected, both independently and as part of a team. This position is a full year, full benefit, hourly position which includes standard vacation and insurance packages. The pay range for this position is currently $17.21/hr.-$23.57/hr. Kingdom East School District is located in the heart of a vibrant community in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. We operate seven preK-8th grade schools ranging from 60 to 500 students. Our high school students have “choice” and may opt to attend one of the traditional independent schools -- Lyndon Institute or St. Johnsbury Academy -- or another high school of their choosing. We are located about 3 hours from Boston, Montreal and Portland, ME.
