Qualifications * Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred. * Honda dealership or manufacturer experience is a plus. * Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to explain automotive maintenance and repairs in a clear, professional manner. * Comfortable discussing service recommendations, estimates, and repair costs with customers. * Ability to multitask and manage customer needs in a fast-paced service environment. * Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership service software. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. * Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
