Urology Gynecology Sales Representative- Indianapolis, IN
Intuitive Surgical
Intuitive Surgical seeks a Urology Gynecology Sales Representative based in Indianapolis to drive growth in robotic-assisted surgical adoption. The role involves training surgeons, developing strategic accounts, and leveraging company resources to expand market presence in urology and gynecology.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate growth rates in urology and gynecology within strategic markets
- Train net new surgeons to autonomy in da Vinci robotic system utilization
- Establish regional case observation sites and centers of excellence
- Build data demonstrating clinical and economic value of da Vinci technology
- Partner with sales leadership on market development and serve as intelligence liaison
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years sales experience with 2+ years in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree required
- Urology or gynecology sales experience preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work flexible hours
- Proven ability to influence peers and manage complexity
- Strong clinical selling skills and communication across organizations
