About the Role:

NUIQ Wellness Lounge in Cleveland, OH is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, reels, stories, and written posts
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions to foster brand engagement
• Track and analyze key performance metrics and adjust strategy based on data-driven insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote services, events, and wellness offerings
• Stay current on social media trends, wellness industry news, and competitor activity
• Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations to expand reach

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar digital marketing role
• Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later), and analytics dashboards
• Strong content creation skills including basic graphic design and short-form video editing
• Excellent written communication and storytelling abilities
• Passion for wellness, health, and lifestyle branding
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Experience with paid social advertising is a plus
