Service Technician II
JOB DUTIES / GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Service a wide range of equipment using various troubleshooting techniques for all sizes of commercial package units, water source heat pumps, mini-splits, and/or VRF systems. Experience with Stultz and Liebert units a plus. Assist, when needed, in the service of chillers, boilers, control valves, and cooling towers on supervised projects. Previous experience a plus. Uses cutting edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units. Provide all information from each service call to the dispatcher before leaving job site and document work by accurately completing paperwork and maintaining files. Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions. Displays team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work overtime, on-call rotation and weekends as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays. Take an active role to ensure a level of customer satisfaction that is above and beyond customer expectations. On a rotational basis, be available to work weekends and evenings for emergency service needs of our customers. Must have a good driving record and possess a valid driver's license and EPA license.
