Collaborates closely with stakeholders, product owners, and feature team on developing requirements Refines business requirements into technical solutions, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions. Operational Excellence - build, deploy, monitor, and operation of production services. Communicates effectively with business stakeholders and technical team. Mentors junior software engineers Job Qualifications Required Experience leveraging AI tools in the software development lifecycle in order to improve quality and efficiency 2+ years' experience in full lifecycle of ServiceNow software development projects in an agile environment. Proven hands-on experience in two or more ServiceNow modules : Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) including: Vulnerability Response (VR) Security Operations (SecOps) IT Operations Management, including: Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Customer Service Management (CSM) IT Service Management (ITSM) Developing custom ServiceNow applications ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF) ServiceNow's Flow Designer Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field or related field or 4 years' relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. ServiceNow Application Developer Certification. Completed ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (SNAF).
